Returns are only accepted for items purchased on this website. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Skincare products can only be returned if their seal is intact. Proof of purchase must be provided, and items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please notify us in advance at info@less.de before returning a product. Ship returns to: Less GmbH, Gerhofstr. 38, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return is received. Once we receive and inspect your return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If an item is damaged during shipping from us to you, we will provide a replacement. Please send a photo of the damage so we can forward it to the shipping provider.
