With the introduction of the new Less Flacon made from etched white glass, we also launched the Return Reward program.

You can collect your empty flacons – each consisting of a glass bottle and a glass lid – and return them to us. Return shipping costs are covered by you. Once received, we clean, inspect, and reuse every flacon.

For each returned flacon, you’ll receive €5 in Less credit. For example, returning seven flacons earns you €35.

You can redeem this credit either as a voucher on less.de or have it directly applied to your Less Subscription. Your subscription deliveries will remain free of shipping costs, even if the credit lowers the total below the free-shipping threshold.

How it works:

1. Send your Less flacons to: Less GmbH, Gerhofstraße 36–38, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.
   
2. Include a note with your name and e-mail address.
   
3. Add the info whether you’d like to receive your credit as a voucher for less.de or as a credit applied directly to your subscription.
