Orders are dispatched within two to three business days of receiving confirmation from our bank or credit institution that payment has been received. Delivery time depends on your location. We use DHL, Deutsche Post and GLS as carriers.
For deliveries outside the EU additional import duties, customs fees or import sales taxes which are specific to that country may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the prices and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Returns
Only items purchased on this website can be returned for refund or exchange. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for us to process any refund or exchange. Please email to info@less.de in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that our staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
To return your product, ship your product to: Less GmbH, Gerhofstr. 38, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make certain that your parcel is safely received by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. In case the subsequent refund reduces the original order amount to below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping charge from your refunds.
If an item has been damaged during dispatch from us to you, you will receive a replacement from us. Please send us a photo of the damage so that we can forward it to the parcel service provider.
